Processor on Behalf:
Mail Metrics provides various Offers to its business clients. In these cases, Mail Metrics acts only on the instructions of its “data controller” clients and does not control or share such data without direction from the client. Mail Metrics processes this data on the client's behalf. For such processing, Mail Metrics enters into appropriate agreements with the clients providing that the client is the data controller for the purpose of the Safe Harbor Program and is in compliance with the Safe Harbor Program Principles. In some very limited situations Mail Metrics may act as a data controller, in this situation Mail Metrics is required to comply with all Safe Harbor Principles.
Mail Metrics also collects information from individuals who visit Mail Metrics’ website. When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Offer, Mail Metrics requires you to provide the Company with contact information, such as name, company name, phone number, and email address (“Required Data”). Mail Metrics may also ask you to provide additional information, such as job title or industry (“Optional Data”). Required Data and Optional Data are referred to as “Customer Data”.
Mail Metrics uses the data collected to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact” form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the service.

To disclose or transfer information to a third party, Mail Metrics apply the Notice and Choice principles described above.
Mail Metrics has advanced security measures to protect “Customer Data” from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. These measures and technologies help ensure that Customer Data is safe, secure, and only available to the individual to whom the information belongs and those to whom the individual has granted access. Mail Metrics hosts its Website in a secure server environment that uses firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
6. Data Integrity:
Mail Metrics takes reasonable steps to ensure that data is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
